It is a deliberate step taken at a point where continuing as before is no longer sustainable.
Admission to Verity Mountain is intentionally selective.
Not everyone who enquires is accepted — and this protects both the individual and the therapeutic environment.

Verity Mountain is designed for individuals who are ready to step away from external demands and engage in focused, restorative therapeutic work.
Admission is based on suitability and readiness — not urgency alone.
Alternative arrangements or extended residency may be considered where this supports stability, integration, and continuity of the work.
This structure allows full focus on the work within a contained, all-inclusive therapeutic environment, without hidden costs or external demands.
Where medical assessment, detoxification, prescribing, or other clinical input are required, these services are arranged separately through trusted independent providers as part of a supported transition into the programme.
These services sit outside the therapeutic environment itself and are coordinated carefully to maintain continuity and clarity throughout the process.
— Financial commitment and personal responsibility are viewed as inseparable.

Admission follows a clear, discreet, and human-led process.
Each stage exists to ensure suitability and mutual clarity.
Step 1
Initial contact is handled with care and without obligation. You will speak directly with a senior member of our team, experienced in working with individuals and families considering residential therapeutic support.
Step 2
A structured exploration considers personal history, current circumstances, what someone is hoping to address, and readiness for residential therapeutic living.
Where medical assessment or other clinical input is needed, this is coordinated discreetly through trusted independent external providers.
The wider process remains collaborative and transparent, with clear boundaries around what the setting can support, and where independent medical or specialist input may be required.
Step 3
Admission is not automatic. Decisions are made carefully, with consideration for both individual wellbeing and the integrity of the residential environment.
Step 4
Entry into the retreat is intentional and unhurried. Time is taken to support orientation to the setting, daily rhythm, and the nature of the work ahead.
Step 5
While programmes begin with an initial 28-day commitment, length of stay is guided by individual circumstance, therapeutic appropriateness, and the unfolding nature of the process.
Alternative arrangements or continued residency may be discussed over time.
Verity Mountain is a residential therapeutic retreat providing structured support focused on emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Where medical assessment, detoxification, prescribing, or other clinical input are required, these services are coordinated discreetly through trusted independent external providers and sit separately from the residential environment itself — any clinical decisions remain entirely with those specialists.
Aftercare is a considered and integral part of the experience.
All residents who complete an initial 28-day commitment are offered
three months of structured support, included within the programme.
This begins immediately following departure and consists of a weekly, confidential, therapist-led online group, open exclusively to Verity Mountain alumni.
Sessions are facilitated by team members already known to those taking part, supporting continuity of relationship and shared understanding.
Participation in the group is voluntary and takes place within a shared framework designed to protect the privacy and integrity of the group.
Additional one-to-one sessions may be arranged separately by mutual agreement, where appropriate.

Privacy and discretion are fundamental throughout the admissions process.
All enquiries and conversations are handled with care, confidentiality, and respect.
This extends beyond confidentiality — protecting personal, professional, and reputational privacy throughout the admissions process and beyond.
If you are considering whether Verity Mountain may be the right place for your next chapter, the first step is a private conversation.
